At Fidler Taylor, our auctioneers are always happy to offer initial, informal advice free of charge, and our fees remain broadly in line with those for traditional private treaty sales.
We don’t charge a buyer’s premium because we believe it’s more important for our clients to achieve the best possible price, without potential buyers having to factor in extra costs that might ultimately lower their offers.
Selling a property at public auction isn’t always the right choice for every property or every situation. We take pride in offering honest, tailored advice — we won’t suggest an auction just to fill a catalogue.
