Aside from pre-market advice, we are pleased and able to provide valuations for a number of purpose, whether purchasing rather than selling, following a family death or separation, for insurance purposes or tax planning. As Chartered Surveyors we are also able to meet the professional criteria for banks and building society borrowing. Our property experience spans beyond residential homes, including commercial and agricultural property, land and new home development sites. It pays to be properly informed and such valuations would usually be undertaken with an appropriate pre-agreed fee.
