We have adopted the following procedures to maintain the safety of our
staff, vendors and viewers.
- All buyers wanting to view a property will be
asked whether they/or anyone in their household have displayed symptoms of
the virus.
- If symptoms have been experienced, we will
delay the viewing for at least 14 days, checking on the viewers health
status before the re-arranged viewing takes place.
- If symptoms have not been experienced, we will
ask the same question of our seller before confirming the appointment.
- With regards to viewings which are being
undertaken by our viewing representatives, we will ensure that all staff
are free from symptoms before a viewing takes place.
- Likewise, with valuations and other
appointments, we will ensure that our staff and their households are not
experiencing symptoms whilst working.
- We have adopted a strict working policy at
Fidler Taylor, following guidelines set down; staff who are able to work
from the office and are not displaying symptoms and are not exposed at
home to someone who displays symptoms, are able to man the office as
usual. We have enough space to still maintain social distancing where
needed and visitors to the office are kept to a minimum. Those who need to
work from home, for a variety of reasons, have the ability to do so.
In times like this, it is important that we follow the advice being given
by the authorities but try to limit the impact as much as possible.
